(Harry Potter Links)
Even though I do consider myself a Harry Potter fan, I pale in comparison to others! That is the reason this Hogwarts
section of Britta Blvd is purely original content of my own. Since so
many others have already established great Harry Potter news websites,
reference pages, image galleries, etc, there is no reason for me to
clutter up the Internet with more of the same, especially when they
have already done it so well. However, I do think that fellow Harry Potter
enthusiasts would appreciate seeing the fruits of my labors, which is why I have
posted such detailed how-to instructions on my Hogwarts pages, along with a plethora of pictures. I know I would love to see the same if I came across a Hogwarts party page myself! ;)
So, for all that other Harry Potter stuff you'd like to see, each Portkey included below is enchanted to transport you to a specific location elsewhere immediately upon touching it. By using the content and other links (excuse me - "Portkeys") that these great Harry Potter websites have listed on their pages, you'll find just about anything Potter-related you can possibly imagine!
The Leaky Cauldron is excellent for any Potter-related news, since it
is gathered for you in one location and up-to-date almost to the minute!

The Lumos font created by Sarah McFalls
is the font I used for my invitations and my
title banners for this Hogwarts website. She
has also made a Parseltongue font that looks
quite intriguing...hmmm...wonder where I
could use that font?

The Harry Potter Lexicon is an excellent site where
I went first for lists of herbology plants and potions
ingredients. If you are trying to remember a detail from
the books, you WILL find it here!

The HPGalleries (no longer online - too bad) had fun and informative
Chocolate Frog cards including such legendary figures in magic
as Aleister Crowley, Houdini, Tamson Blight and many others.
Not as useful for information, since The Leaky Cauldron ALWAYS
scoops them, but some cool graphics & okay games are at the
official Warner Brothers website (I'm an excellent Chaser, by
the way! Got almost the maximum score on my first try!)

Scholastic Books, the American publisher of the Harry Potter books, has
quite a good glossary and pronunciation guide
under their Reference Guide
section, and even a Wizard Challenge using reader submissions for the
trivia questions...make sure you go to the Pronunciation Guide to hear
the sound clip of the pronunciation of Voldemort...and KEEP clicking... ;-)

MuggleNet is another Harry Potter fan site that not only
consolidates news, but has some interesting editorials as well
as facts vs. theories vs. rumors about future plotlines...beware -
you could easily waste a few hours reading here!

Patronus is a gold mine for other fan links,
including fan fiction and fan art. I couldn't resist
the Protect the Golden Snidget button, so I just
had to include it here! ;)
